Timeliness, professionalism, answering questions.
Have my camper in for 4 part replacements on warranty. The issue were reported to Alpin Haus in September of ‘23. It’s now going on 2 months since I brought it in on April 9th ‘ 24. This is an extreme amount of time under these circumstance.

Sales is not pushy and they are amazing
You have not fixed the bad things in our new camper like you said you were going to. Plus no one and I said no one called us to let us know what was going on. I think I am going to back out of the sale because I am not happy at all!
Work was not completed as it was the prior year. Service manager was supposed to call me, and never did.
Technicians seem to be very knowledgeable.
Friendly, professional, and trustworthy service. Great people who treat you like family.
Very pleasant and customer oriented. Answer all questions and show you the campers as many times as you want. Not pushy at all. They genuinely want to help you find what you're looking for.

Not standing behind a lemon unit!!! My unit has cost me $1000.00s for no use at all!! When it all started you as the dealership should have gone after Thor and stood behind the client!! Your company only wanted to sell me a service contract to repair a unit that has serious issues and costly. I had to go to Thor as the owner and work with them and your company did nothing to help me!! WAIT EXCEPT TAKE MORE MONEY AND MAKE MORE MONEY AND COST ME 30K. All the way back in 2022 I complained of issues and the sales rep did not even care and treated me like I a joke!! My complaint was the propane!! Well if any one had any dignity in the issue the head person of your Corp should have addressed it and made Thor take the unit back and reimburse my money!! NO ALPIN HAUS MADE MORE MONEY OFF THE REPAIRS, THE SALE OF THE UNIT, AND IT HAS COST ME TIME, MONEY, AND ANXIETY!! I HAD NO HEAT IN THAT UNIT SINCE THE DAY I GOT IT!! I HAVE NOT USED IT SINCE AUG 2023 BECAUSE OF THE REPAIRS!! After all the recalls, issues with propane, in which I complained about the no heat -the final draw was I getting sick from the propane leaking from the tanks and all the alarms going off!! STILL I HAD TO ADDRESS IT WITH THOR AND NO ONE NO ONE STOOD BEHIND ME TO STATE THIS IS A LEMON LET US GET HER MONEY BACK OR A NEW UNIT!! GREED GREED GREED- Let us see if it is really is fixed. Final statement- WOULD YOU AS THE OWNER OR SERVICE MANAGER TAKE THE UNIT CAMPING AND PUT YOUR FAMILY IN IT??? YEAH RIGHT!! I am out over 30K with a unit I do not trust and I am suppose to sell it and worry if it will make someone else sick or kill them?? Dramatic or factual?? Your call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like the variety of brands and equipment available. Everyone who helped us was very knowledgeable about the products. Our salesman Josh went above and beyond to provide a turn key buying expierence. Brandon from the service department did an exceptional job helping us truly understand our Waverunners. We also appreciate the available winterization services and look forward to utilizing them this fall.
Everyone was great! Our salesperson, Lindsey was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The sales manager kept digging to find the boat that we wanted, come to find out one had just come in the night before so we were very happy about it being there. When we picked it up the paper work was quick and easy and the service rep, Brandon, was extremely helpful. We feel that we are ready to go thanks to his thorough explanation of the boat.

Service....I made an appointment and dropped my camper off a few days before then (earlier in the week) . I told them I would pick it up that Saturday. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't done. They were working on it. I never was notified about this and had to wait an additional hour when I had some place I needed to be.
The Marine Service staff very professional and courteous. I'm 62 with Arthritic knees and when we picked up our 20' pontoon boat from storage My wife and I asked for help putting on our pontoon cover. If you have a Suntracker with the tabs on the cover you know what I mean when I say it is difficult. Adam without hesitation said absolutely and got another employee. They had it on in minutes and even joked around while doing it, a pleasant experience. Can't say enough about Alpin Haus staff always a pleasure to work with.

Our salesperson Jake has been professional; knowledgeable, and super friendly through the entire purchase process. This is our first RV and we couldnt be happier with the way were treated at Alpin Haus.

Great service and customer service.
I'm not happy that I have to have a credit card on file so I can make an appointment. Next my credit card was charged with me having no knowledge of you making the transaction, I hadn't even picked the camper up. Suppose I wanted to pay cash? When I take my truck to be serviced I don't have to give the my credit card to have on file and they don't charge you until you pick the vehicle up! The forever warranty doesn't cover anything, they inspected the roof and said it needs to be pressure wash and resealed, not covered. One of the slides that was inspected was coming lose and needed new screws, again not covered. The biggest issue is the credit card being charged without my consent.
Customer service was super
Poor customer service and when my camper was there getting warranty work which took forever it was backed into and damaged in the parking lot. I was informed about it by the technician that did the warranty repair not an actual manager. Poor business model all around!!
Responsive timely and friendly

Give more of a discount on services (for VIP customers like me) not covered by the Forever Warranty Program. My camper is covered by the program but the services it needs and is in there to get are a big expense for a retired person like myself.
