You guy’s are always very courteous and friendly. This was our 1st service and it was end of day and ran into closing time. All items addressed were explained and warranty items not yet corrected were also explained. Some items have to wait for warranty approval and an appointment for repair will be made at that time. Our service tech (can’t remember his name) was very friendly. Your reputation is why we became your customer and your service reviews are some of the best we’ve ever read. We met the Parts Manager and she was so helpful on trying to find us additional items that we needed.

I called service about issues i had with my trailer. I spoke with Keith and was made to feel like family. I was kept up to date on its progress and when it was completed. Keith explained everything thing they did. I felt like they went above and beyond making sure my trailer was good to go.

Scott Kedik in sevice was concise with the replacement of the Dometic 310 toilet with the Dometic 320 model. The replacement was done in a very timely manner. Plus no mess was inside the bathroom area where the replacement took place.
This is our 4th camper from Oak Ridge. The personnel have always bent over backwards for us.

We have been extremely impressed by the employees at Alpin Haus. We had many questions as we upgraded from a pop-up to a travel trailer. Mike, Kevin, and Matt have all been incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Alpin Haus.
They had a good selection of on lot inventory. Our salesperson, Charlie was knowledgeable, patient and objectively showed us models that fit our criteria on the next RV. We bought a new fifth wheel after a day looking at everything with Charlie. I had a new Super Glide hitch installed by the service department. Many thanks to Kelly, the store's parts, guru for answering all my hitch questions. Lastly, our walkthrough with Dan was very thorough. He knew everything and covered it patiently, answering all our questions.
Derrick in service was extremely accommodating and worked with me to get my toy hauler serviced quickly and on a schedule that worked for me.
Worked with Keith and he was professional and thorough. He took notes and pictures so when I came in for service and repair, he had everything documented and remembered everything. Very rare in this work environment to find people who care at all much less to this level.
