Easy to schedule appointment.
Excellent job Lyndsey and sales manager mark, no pressure sale and am pleased with the boat.
Thanks
Steve
Quick, dependable, and thorough.
Personable and knowledgable service. Michal Wieprzowski is great.
Very competent and professional in all my dealings to date. Glad to recommend
Very pleased with the service department. My trailer was at Alpin Haus for warranty repair to replace leaf springs. It took about 5 weeks to get warranty approval and to receive the parts. Throughout this time Alpin Haus Service Advisor (Anthony) called me regularly to keep me advised of the status. I am impressed with his customer service. Once the parts were received, the repairs were made in one day.
The associates in the service department are awesome. They have taken great care of my RV.
The store has a great selection of RV & camping supplies.
The pool opening was very mediocre. The filters were not checked. Now I have to look for someone to come and ck them and see if they need replacement. The solar cover was left on the side not properly placed.
They seemed to be in a hurry and were done in 20 minutes.
Very easy to work with
Service department took time to explain in detail the do’s and font’s of operation, transport and service of our new Jetski’s
Quality
250.00 to install a 100.00 fish finder. when I dropped it off for the work a quote was never given
Call back when message is left.
I was told to call 2 hours before I came to get my RV so they would have it out front for me, I called 4 hours before I came to get it was not there. I ended up going to the storage are myself to get it.
I had my annual RV inspection for the Forever Warranty which was included when I purchased the unit from Alpin Haus 5 years ago, Service was completed on time and everyone that I talked with were very nice.
James in sales was great and is available most anytime for for anything! I even receive calls just to ask how everything was going. I would recommend James highly.
However, I am not so happy with the service department. I wanted the table removed and they did it but it required what I feel was some communication between us regarding some issues which there was none. EX: poss relocation of a power outlet which there are never enough of. They just cut it out, now there is no power to that area which created another unnecessary issue besides the fact that I am handicapped and had to ask for help removing the table and loading it in the truck. So they sent one guy to help, the rest were busy. You can figure it out. Bottom line, looks like about 37 screws removed, didn't even have to move benches and no clean up.
Labor $ 618. with a $99. discount. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! James was off.
I spent $ 80k with all the warranties and have yet to start my BUCKET LIST!
Products are very good quality and service to my pool and hot tub are always prompt.
quicker responses to e-mails
Brian Barns is very nolegabl and was very helpful from start to finish. He makes going there less stressful and alot smoother. Josh Hale has always been friendly and willing to help with anything that arises. Great employees make a great business. Thank you.
People were very nice and helpful !!
Repairs not completed as stated they were. 5 months of waiting...Radio does not work....although it worked at the time the rig was dropped off. We now have to hit the re-set button to get sound on the TV however we now have no radio. Alpin Haus solution is for me to contact manufacturer. Called the manufacturer who told me to contact the dealership. Squeaky stair not fixed....
Made to feel that we were bothering people when we had questions.

Friendly and efficient!
Sales is never a problem.
Service is a completely different experience. With more than a weeks notice of the appointment and an already open and approved case with Grand Design it took almost two weeks to replace a $100 part.
I would have been happy to order the part from e-trailer and pay the expedite fee but it was a communication black hole. I had to initiate all communication.
If it wasn’t for me escalating twice to Keith Todd (who is wonderful and responsive) this wouldn’t have gotten do and we would have missed a 10 day trip.
This is the second time in four years where the service department had dramatically disappointed us.
Dane B in service is the best.
Your service pricing is completely out of line. $100 to replace an easily accessible clamp on a leaking elbow in the hot water line is completely off the wall. This leaves me feeling that I can not trust you to treat me fairly when I bring my trailer in for service. (Even $50 would be too much.) The "Lifetime Warranty" is beginning to feel like a scam.'
Since purchasing our Gradn Design Camper Trailer at Alpin Haus; we have enjoyed a smooth transition from purchase to ownership and experienced a repair situation that was successfully resolved with expediency and professional expertise. We are confident that going forward we will be backed by an outstanding dealership/service department and this will allow us to upgrade in the future to another similarly reliable product.
The tech was here before scheduled time
He is very knowledgeable and explained his findings well.
We hope the rest of the repairs goes as well as the first day
The staff was amazing in helping me get into the boat I was looking for! Very friendly and made the buying process seamless!
Service was done quickly and accurately and in a timely manner. The new hot water heater works great as it should. Very friendly staff. Staff explains everything in detail.
One thing to take note of. When I picked up my 5th wheel last week I didn't notice that you had removed the wedge block from my Turning Point hitch and put it inside the front storage compartment on the trailer. On the way home the trailer pivoted on both the receiver and the hitch when I braked before making a turn, which moved the trailer about two feet to the right of my truck bed. Fortunately, I was able to make it home and fix the problem. Perhaps someone on your staff doesn't know how the Turning Point hitches function and failed to put the wedge block back into position.
Quality and friendly service.

I asked that one of my key fobs to lock/unlock my Tiffin Class A be reprogrammed. They spent considerable time trying to locate the module and reported back that they couldn’t locate it. That was disappointing. In my opinion if you can sell a $500,000 motor coach then you should be able to service it or call another Alpinhaus facility for a consultation. Secondly I asked for some additional service inspections and was told that they were short technicians.
In July of 2022 I spoke to a salesperson about a used Tiffin and was directed to the Oak Ridge branch manager. He was forthright and told me to call the Amsterdam manager for accurate information. I called and made an appointment to inspect the 2018 Allegro. The Amsterdam manager introduced me to a salesman Steve Quill. Steve took my wife and I to inspect the vehicle a d when something didn’t work Steve excused himself and drove to service. He returned with Bill( the god of RV service). Bill had driven the RV back from the South and new it’s functionality.
I know from running several businesses that personnel are vital to your success and reputation. Having set the standards of Alpinhaus in Amsterdam NY and through phone, internet and FaceTime the eyes ears and knowledge of one can be shared. This would make each of the six facilities para per sue. I originally chose Oak Ridge for convenience rather than take the two hour drive to Amsterdam each way.
