You installed a new skylight in the bathroom of my 5th wheel, it looks like the skylight was dragged through the mud before it was installed, covered in dirt and hand prints.
I was call about 10 AM to tell me my RV was ready for pick up, when I got there it was not ready, the new capture plate that was suppose to be installed because you had broke the other moving the trailer was not installed, not a real big deal only took about 20 minutes to install.
I was very happy the second time I came back for the same problem. Dave found the batteries were bad and that solved ether problem

Impossible to get a hold of someone in regards to repairs that were supposed to be scheduled already. Camper was not properly de-winterized, ac repair is still not scheduled as promised, seal not fixed on my slide out as promised so I still have a 2x4 board holding up the center inside (so it doesn’t leak) which is such an eyesore. It’s starting to get hot our out and I have no back air conditioner or fan functionality to the master bedroom and loft area. Hot water is not working in kitchen sink and only gets luke warm in shower and bathroom sink, toggle stitch in access panel on back side of camper is dysfunctional and clearly has been dripping for quite some time as there is rusting inside it. Handles to release tanks are broken off and not replaced as they should have been I pay for forever warranty and get no response from anyone. Why should I pay for my opening if it is mot even fully complete three weeks later. It’s infuriating.
Return my phone calls for a start
Said it would be ready on Friday we t to pick it up nothing was cleaned or fix, there was problems on top of problems found a lot of stuff in non working conditions, had to pay a $500 prep and cleaning fee for nothing. Best part is brand new camper next to mine was cleaned out more than once while mine wasn't even touched

Great people working there.
Work that was supposed to be completed was not done in a timely manner. There is extremely poor communication among your employees and also to the customers. Work that was not authorized was done and other work that was actually authorized was not done. Detailing outside was great, but the inside was poor. Window was still leaking after it was supposed to have been checked and sealed. I brought it to another place and they told me this was never done. Window seals around RV were never completed due to some sort of insane mix up on the parts that took place over a several month period - even then no one could seem to find the right parts.
Your location should be shut down until new management can be put in place, employees receive training, and you have enough staff to actually perform the work you say you can do. I will NEVER come back to your location and I will NEVER recommend to anyone else that they do so as well.
Amsterdam Alpin Haus RV is pitiful - at best.
I have been very happy over the years. This time battery neg cable was not properly tightened
The work that was supposed to be done was never completed. We went over all the things that needed to be done and get it home and sake issue. Someone needs to come either pick the camper up and do the correct repairs or send a mobile repair guy out. Waste of time dragging it back and forth just to get jerked around

We have found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every aspect of the rv experience. A big shout out to Mr. Bill Ag who always goes over the top to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as well as ensuring that the job no matter how big or small is done right ….. the first time.
