Service was good, the service tech did a good job, the lady at the service desk was very professional and was awesome keeping I tounch
We are very happy with the services provided by Alpin Haus. They did a great job and they kept us informed the whole time. Some of the best service we have gotten any where. We will definitely be continuing to use Alpin Haus for all of our services on our boat and jet ski.
The service is great. I can get products anywhere. But not service. Highly recommend especially the great service/billing woman. Thank you so much for all your help.
Everyone was excellent and friendly!! Would recommend to family and friens
We have been customers for many years. You have put in 2 pools for us. The pool ladder and other items have been in the shed for 30yrs. We expect some continuity, maybe notes could be taken for the next cru. It’s not necessary to have a 30 something school my spouse on the policy that things need to be taken out for them. The trampoline cover was not place back in the shed. The price of opening continues to rise-325$. I will look at other options for closing.
I asked to be called if anything came up during the opening. It turns out that the pump outlet was not turned on as I had thought, and therefore the pump was not started during the installation. A simple call could have remedied this. Also, I asked the pool cover be looked at for possible repair, given that your site describes how you have cover repair services. I heard nothing until I was contacted with a quote for a new cover. No one looked at the existing cover for possible repair. When I called on this, I was told that they can't tell me whether a cover can be repaired. They ship it to a third party to evaluate. Alpin Haus has a significant communication problem.
I am so grateful for all the help and receptivity I have received from the Staff and Managers at Alpin! They have been prompt and willing to remedy issues I have discovered with my new purchase! It sorta feels like FAMILY atmosphere with them!
Love the new bathroom fan. It is quiet and easy to use. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful checking the RV for any future concerns while servicing the roof and AC.
Fast great service
Released our new RV without it being detailed and with defective parts. Returned RV for cleaning and repair and left for multiple weeks to pick back up and discovered not all issues had been addressed. Instruction on vehicle utilization was weak with staff unable to answer specific questions relating to vehicle software and lithium ion battery education.
The techs were very professional , but on the original day, they were supposed to show up they called in sick and nobody called to let us know they wasn’t showing up so my wife lost a day of pay to sit up there for Nothing
I've never had a problem with service.
Alphin Haus went out of its the way to accommodate opening our pool so our grandkids wouldn't be disappointed. As always nice people at every level who are good at their jobs. Clearly customer service is high priority.
Thank you so much, Dave & Kathy ,Galway
Jim is very professional and competent. We request him to open and close our pool because we trust him to do it correctly.
brandon in service dept
Service reps could be more attentive to the customers needs and especially to those waiting. Could provide updates/status of work being done.
They seem very attentive to your needs and will work with you.
First time customer at Alpin Haus. From ordering a boat to specialty parts & paperwork. Couldn't have had a better experience. I personally had the pleasure of talking with Lyndsay F. Scott P. Ron M. & Jayson the Tech. Jay solid dude! I really appreciate your knowledge to my specifics about the boat. He really knows his stuff! I never got to meet Scott but, huge thank you. Getting all the parts together as I kept adding more. Lyndsay you're a busy Man. He would get back to me weather it be a phone call or email. If he didn't know he would find out. I only got to sit with Ron for a little while. This guy is like a Swiss army knife. Organized & has all the tools he needs at his fingertips. To the rest of the staff I encountered or got to chat with I appreciate y'all. Awesome experience for my first time buying a New boat!
great people to do business with! I really enjoyed my shopping experience. I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price.
The Amsterdam Alpin Haus has an amazing team, from sales to service. We are seasoned campers having had multiple travel campers but Alpin Haus team was informative helpful and followed thru w any problems or concerns.
We had our camper delivered to our current site by Alpin Haus. The delivery/set up man did an excellent job parking it and setting it up despite the fact it was an extremely difficult spot Also, we had a few repairs needed after set up and the repairs were done timely and accurately.
Again we were extremely pleased with the entire team and will do business with them in the future and give a good word!
Service techs were on time and professional
You took care of our problem quickly, contacted our warranty company and through them got 2 new axels for us.
Brand new trailor, manufactured poorly, pour communication for repairs, no call backs. Seasonal starts this week still nothing have other questions with no response. Very poor customer service!
Great service, timely, finished on time as promised.
My pick up experience was great. Jason took the time and explained everything I needed to know. Also he solved an issue I had an hour after picking my jetski up. Awesome service 👏
Service was correctly performed on trailer.
Great service so far!!
Very pleasant and helpful. They took care of dealing with the manufacturer on two warranty issues for me.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Very responsive to our calls and emails. Alpin Haus is one of the best places I have ever dealt with.
