I will start by saying, I didn’t buy this unit for your price. I could buy cheaper through other dealers. Bought from Alpin Haus because I had a good feeling about the staff, I was not pressured at all and the staff was friendly and easy to talk too. The reason I am giving such a negative review is, I don’t think your staff communicates well with each other. I was promised several things would be repaired before I picked up the unit none of that was done, actually I could believe it wasn’t even washed before I picked it up. I bought this in early December and you stored for the winter. I was an sold an extended warranty for interior an exterior, when purchased I was told that roof would be looked at something would added to roof and exterior walls to preserve them both, in actuality the interior wasn’t even cleaned, there were still wood shavings behind the couch that I noticed on initial walk through. I made an appointment to pick this unit up almost a month in advance and I don’t think they even had it in the shop before I arr

Just got my RV back Tuesday. Everything that needed to be done was done. I was very pleased with the service I got. When I called and got the voice mail the next day I got a call back .
We were very happy with the service and treatment of your sales associates and service technicians. We really appreciated Dan’s thorough explanation of every inch of our new camper (especially in the pouring rain!) We are first time RV owners and know we can contact them for any questions that we have. We will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.

Aplin Haus sales personnel are friendly, not at all pushy, and have a great working knowledge of the products they sell. Parts and service folks are also very good. Any service or warranty work I've had done was always completed in a timely fashion and done right the first time.

The gentleman that did our walkthrough was so thorough he didn’t miss a thing. I felt very confident I knew all I needed to know to get steered with this cougar. Would definitely recommend Alpinhaus eat exit 16.

SCAM ALERT : I received an estimate to fix a hole in my roof for the sum of 8800 dollars. There is no hole in my roof. There NEVER was a hole in my roof.

There was quite a delay having my trailer ready with the walk through. Although the fella was really nice, my hitch was not ready and he had to build it. I was there over 4 hours!
The part I needed covered better was the new hitch.
Other than that, it was a good experience
I can't give feedback right now because my RV is still being serviced and I don't have it back yet.
