I am a monthly massage member. I like how my local location always texts to remind me if I haven't booked my appointment. The communication is good and the have several great massage therapists. The off a good variety of hours. I'm very pleased.
Susannah carefully listened to all of my medical and mechanical issues that I felt were pertinent to share with her. My massage with Susannah was relaxing yet therapeutic. The overall experience was awesome! I look forward to returning.

My therapist takes the time to listen and massage deeply without causing pain. He makes sure the knows which areas are hurting due to injury or overuse and then is very skilled at working those spots to promote healing. I have had issues with arthritis in my knee, tennis elbow, surgery on my hand, neck and lower back problems from lifting and moving heavy objects, and regular visits to Elements have really helped me to stay active and mobile without pain.
