I was welcomed back in a friendly way after years away. In introduced the ELEMENT to my naturally shy wife and she immediately felt at ease. The front staff had a smile and tone that put us in a relaxed mode that pleasantly lead to the massage.
Both of our massages were great and were able to focus on my leg muschles tightened by that morning's run.
The therapists and front desk staff were very welcoming and made the experience not only relaxing but very enjoyable . I felt like I had made new friends in there! They also were very understanding with what muscle issues I was dealing with and really took the time to help me relax and relieve the tension!

I’ve got to Eunice with some aches and pains. After a 90 min massage and a day’s rest I feel so rejuvenated. She identifies the tightness and get to the source to help relive pains and stiffness long term. She’s one of my go-to masseuse nowadays.

My most recent service was a facial from Kayla. It was so relaxing and refreshing. She did a great job of explaining what she was doing and using. I really felt better when I left. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly.
