Easy parking, clean and attractive facility, staff was friendly and massage therapist was very skilled.

This is my second time submitting a review and the first time I submitted one it wasn’t very good. This time I am going to give the ladies all tens. I hadn’t been back since I had a not so great experience and when I walked in the manager (Jessica I think is her name) , actually knew who I was and remembered my situation. After my massage was over and I was checking out she was apologetic. She was amazing, she helped me out with my account and it really meant a lot that she remembered the situation and knew who I was. I also got the impression that the person that I had had the issue with was no longer part of the staff. I have always had good luck with the massage therapists at elements, but the receptionist was iffy. I’m glad to see some kinder hearts working upfront.

Amazing and relaxing experience.

Frankie is the best massage therapist I've had at Elements. I appreciate that she is reliable and keeps her appointments. She always checks in prior to our session and asks what areas of concern I might have and where I want the focus to be. I always feel much better than how I came in.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Kaylin is outstanding working on my problem areas. Her training is paid off and improved my quality of life by reducing back pain.
