All of my experiences with Elements Massage Scottsdale Promenade have been very positive. Booking online is easy and the therapists are great. The reception desk always makes you feel like a valued customer.

I have been treated by a variety of massage therapists at Elements in Totowa over the years and I have found all to be very knowledgeable and professional. The therapists always ask what areas I am interested in concentrating on and tailor the sessions to my needs. They also offer suggestions for stretching or other exercises to help my muscles and range of motion. The reception staff are also very friendly.

​One minor thing: I had to change clothes and chat briefly with the therapist before the actual massage started, but that was included in my service time. I feel the timer should only start when the massage actually begins, or at least have those few minutes added back. Otherwise, everything was good!

My therapist is excellent. She has very good techniques and her style of massage works well with my muscles and body structure. Shoulders and back feel really great. I’ve been with Elements for quite a long time and I am getting the best massage massages ever.

My provider Christina always confirms what I’m looking for (any problem spots) and provides a very relaxing massage. She is great if you are looking for a Swedish massage!

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and have gotten different massage therapists each time. This most recent visit I was helped by Jordan and wow she has some strong hands! I let her know I had been achy for weeks, she was very communicative the whole time and I woke up feeling 1000x better the next day. I will definitely be asking for her by name next visit
