I enjoy the small quiet and soothing atmosphere of Elements. The staff is very friendly and efficient, the facility is very clean and uncluttered.
My masseuse was Jess and she was terrific. I have become a member and will be coming in once a month.

Audrey was very helpful in finding my trouble spots and working them out. There were times when her methods were on the verge of painful, but I knew that it was what my neck and back needed. I had the most beautiful bruises as a result but I could now move my neck, turn my head and relax my upper back and shoulders. If I lived in Allen I would have a regular monthly membership. As I don't live in Allen I am considering contacting the Elements Massage studio that is not too far from where I live in Maryland. I highly recommend the Elements Massage in Allen and therapist Audrey B.

I recently had a facial here, and it was truly incredible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly relaxing. The esthetician was professional, attentive, and clearly skilled — every step felt thoughtful and precise. The products smelled amazing and left my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.

The entire experience was so soothing that I nearly drifted off a few times — exactly what you want in a self-care treatment! My skin has never looked better, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

You all are prompt and informative about our services and what we need to do in after care. Additionally the massage was relaxing.
