The place was clean, organized and restful. Front desk associate was lovely, and Jojo gave me a great massage. The pressure was just right and she did not talk throughout the massage so I could totally relax.

The people that answer the phone and at the front desk are excellent. My massage therapist was also excellent. The only thing I would suggest is the furniture in the waiting area out. Front is dirty. That would be great if you could replace it or get it cleaned.

The facial by Austin Alfonso was the best facial I have ever received. From top cruise lines to well-known name brand spas, she was the best. She knew my skin type right away, knew my skin was very sensitive and put products on my face, that had no burning effects as this has happened to me before. I highly recommend Austin and cannot wait to treat myself again!

This is the best facial I’ve ever had. Livi truly listened to my skincare concerns (I have health issues that cause issues with my skin) and customized my facial perfectly. Other places I’ve been don’t take into account what I’ve said and aggressively poke at my skin. She did a calming facial which was perfect for me! I also can’t wait to come back and purchase the items she used on me. It was great to leave with a list. I will not be going elsewhere for a facial again, and look forward to returning!
