I felt like my masseuse asked a lot of questions to make sure my experience was second to none. She was always making sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the areas that needed the most attention. Afterwards, she told me about some stretching exercises I should do in between massages. I can hardly wait for my next appointment!!
It was super easy from booking all the way to checking out. I decided I wanted a massage at about midnight. I booked online for the next morning at 9 am. Kara is so sweet and did a fantastic job. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I live out of town, but I will make a beeline for Elements Littleton every time I visit.
Element's in Shrewsbury is a great place to get a massage. They offer a variety of massage techniques and the place is clean and very professional looking. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. My therapist is Jessica and she has helped me with my spine issues for several years. I like being asked what my needs are and the feeling that l am part of my wellness team.
All staff are very professional. my massage therapist Brian was outstanding very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do. I will continue to have regular massages because of this outstanding care.

How informative my experience was
Sabrina gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. She knows her stuff! She worked a few areas that have been bothering me for a while and they all feel much better now. Highest recommendation!!!!

My entire experience was fantastic. From the time I booked to the time the time I walked out the door everything was organized, comfortable, and just easy. The space is relaxing even in the waiting area. Informative binders are available to learn about service as well as about the masseuses and esthetician. Becky was amazing. She was incredibly calming and communicated in a way that guided me to communicate what was bothering me or where I'd like to spend more time while still having a relaxing experience. Also, she is just incredibly talented. Every bit of my experience was relaxing and quite honestly a time to take care of myself. Thank you!
