Very pleasant and easy last minute booking. Not very pushy on trying to up sale with add ons, but always ready to answer questions. They just added a stretch session which sounds very nice and exactly what I need before my next appointment.

I love how highly customizable each session is. I can select the length of time, amount of pressure, add-ons like aromatherapy or hot stones, and even select the specific provider I want. I can book the exact service I want, specifically tailored to what I need at the time.

The front desk staff have almost always been super-friendly, kind, pleasant, and professional. Very welcoming.

I have been a member for a couple of years here and every massage therapist I have had has been incredibly good. I used to go to one of the other chain massage places and left because every time I would find someone good they would leave . Also they weren’t that good . Try them you will not be disappointed

I love the monthly option, the prices are competitive, and the staff is great. Lydia is my therapist, and she always takes time to see where I’m at each session before getting started. She also checks in during the session to make sure everything is going well, is kind, professional and skilled to handle my myriad of health issues. I view these sessions as being an integral part of my wellness routine, and they help keep me from having to go back to physical therapy. I’m grateful my friend recommended Elements in Concord.
