It is a great place to go to relax and enjoy some me time. Everyone at the front desk has been kind and welcoming and they have a lot of great therapists to choose from. I'd recommend Elements in Cottonwood Heights to everyone. It's safe, clean, and a friendly place to get a massage.

Rusty completes my massages and is very intuitive about massaging my multiple triggger points. He is always asking me to inform him if I need more or less pressure during the massage.

My entire experience was fantastic. From the time I booked to the time the time I walked out the door everything was organized, comfortable, and just easy. The space is relaxing even in the waiting area. Informative binders are available to learn about service as well as about the masseuses and esthetician. Becky was amazing. She was incredibly calming and communicated in a way that guided me to communicate what was bothering me or where I'd like to spend more time while still having a relaxing experience. Also, she is just incredibly talented. Every bit of my experience was relaxing and quite honestly a time to take care of myself. Thank you!
