The front desk customer service was impeccable. I feel like the masseuse was new to massaging. I say that because I kept having to ask for her to massage spots that we went over in the beginning consultation, I also kept asking her to apply deeper pressure and still in certain spots it was extremely light pressure and she focused on one spot for most of the time which left not much time for other spots to be massaged. Also I was left with an over abundance of oil and lotion on my skin that I wiped off myself after the massage with a hot towel so it didn't get on my clothes. Overall it was a decent massage but I left a little unfulfilled. I know she'll be great with more practice. The actual place was clean, neat and smelled good. I added lavender and eucalyptus to my massage which was a nice touch. I will return but just pick a more experienced masseuse.
