Chris was attentive to what I was looking for and gave me great feedback about tension that was present in my body. He made sure I was comfortable and asked for inputs about pressure and areas I wanted to dedicate more time to. I wish every masseuse was like Chris!

How welcome and relaxing it is.
I have had a few massages in the past at other massage places. I had just had my first ever prenatal massage yesterday and it was the greatest massage I have ever had. Kylee was so kind and made the experience so relaxing. I didn’t want it to end! I will definitely be back during and after my pregnancy

The facilities are clean and well maintained, I enjoyed the extras that I don't typically see at other spas (lighting, heated beds). Brittany's customer service was unmatched compared to previous experiences with providers at other spas. I also love the location.
Everyone is so kind and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The ambiance is excellent and the massage therapists are very professional and have that magic touch that can read your body and adjust for your specific needs!!

My experience at both the Middleton location as well as Fitchburg had been fantastic. I’ve had the opportunity to receive facials and messages from their highly skilled staff. Their knowledge of skin care and body health is incredible along with their level of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their craft. I have had Luz and Rachel and couldn’t be happier. Both managers Kristen and Ashley represent Elements with grace, integrity, and willingness to provide their clients with the best possible experience.
