My first time to Elements, which my friend had recommended, and I loved it! My masseuse, Rebecca, was great! It was a Trigger Point message, and she really helped me with my sciatica issue, along with a great massage throughout my body. I loved Grace at the front desk! She was so pleasant and informative and super helpful! I signed up for a membership and scheduled for 2 appointments.
Excellent! Very relaxing, l would recommend at minimum a one hour session. I have had massages with several of the therapist and they were all great.

I’ve had Abby for almost 1.5 years! When I was pregnant, I decided to pamper myself with the monthly membership. I happens to book with Abby and I haven’t left her since haha I look forward to seeing her every month. Not only is the massage great, but she’s also super kind and friendly. She’s been accommodating me during pregnancy and post partum. The front desk people are always super nice too, there’s never a time I don’t receive a warm welcome.
Jaime was very professional. He took the time to ask questions about what I wanted and he really listened. I left feeling relief of significant tension in my neck and back. His massage was one of the best I’ve ever had.
I really like the massage group, but it would be better if I got a full 60 or 90 minutes of hand’s on massage time. I pay enough to allow for turnover time to be outside of my hands on time.

My first massage, with cupping, was wonderful! It yielded immediate results with increased mobility in my shoulders and relaxation in my back. I signed up for the monthly plan and I cannot wait for my next massage. The front desk staff are professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to a friend and in fact, I have!
