Personalized - they know who I am and address me by name. The masseuses are very professional and listen but also pay attention to cues that pressure may be too hard. Les does a great job addressing the focused areas and even identifies areas that need more focus.

The staff is professional, courteous, and welcoming. I’m extremely disappointed that you have substituted cups of water for individual bottles. Most people today do not drink tapwater. Please rethink your decision.
The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. As soon as I got there I was given a tour of the rooms and the whole process. The mood is designed for maximun stress reduction and relaxation. All of the staff I encountered wer friendly, helpful and polite, making it easier to relax as well. The massage was just what I needed too! I was so happy with this experience I booked 2 more appointments!
My aesthetician was warm and friendly upon arrival. She explained each step and product she was using. Most of all my experience was so relaxing and my skin feels and looks awesome.

Marilyn did a beautiful job on the knots in my back. Very sweet lady and Her massage was very calming yet firm in the spots where I needed it most. I’ve been thinking about her massage since I got it! I am so grateful for her and she provided a very relaxing atmosphere. The HSS are an amazing enhancement as well really helped me relax.

I came in super stiff and have a history of my neck freezing as well as chronic pain in my upper back. This was my first time here and Shawn was phenomenal. By far the best experience I’ve had, he explained the technique when I asked and it was both relaxing AND therapeutic. Would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be returning to Elements Massage.

Soothing and relaxing
Everyone is nice and great customer service skills. I have had facials and peels on a 4 week schedule with Liv. She is outstanding and so kind always asking if everything feels right etc. I have had facials before at 3x the cost that weren’t as good as hers. I wouldn’t be coming back on a schedule if I wasn’t pleased the outcome and Liv.
