Friendly staff. Nicholas is a gifted masseuse. He always seems to find the knots before I realize where I've been holding tension. He is a good communicator and applies just the right amount of pressure. I have been a regular customer for a few years now. It's become part of my regular self-care routine. Highly recommend.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. My therapist, Gomer, asks about what areas need special attention and he focuses on them during the massage.
Amenities are very good. Therapists are professional. One issue with scheduling: the website often doesn’t show all the providers, the ones I usually book aren’t showing up. Staff says management is aware of problem. It needs attention and might be putting some therapists at a disadvantage.

Inaudy always listens to my concerns and then works "the kinks" out. I love the 90 minute massage and can't go back to the regular 60 minute one. Have yet to try the 2 hr massage lol but maybe in the near future.
The products are high quality and don't leave you greasy like other places, and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend Elements Massage to anyone wanting to try a massage for the first time, and to become a member if you like it :)
