My massage therapist Nadia isone of the best massage therapist’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been getting massages regularly for about 15 years now. I followed her here and she has helped me greatly with 2 of my worst issues and she is very professional. When I first came here to Elements in Clayton the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I always feel good going here and I actually see Nadia every two weeks. I can’t thank her enough.

I love the therapists and the ease of scheduling online. But I also like that the front of office staff is able to help schedule as well as it is sometimes difficult to find openings for specific therapists. Everyone is polite and professional.
I was able to get in quickly. The massage therapist was excellent and I will definitely request him again. I went in with pain and came out with no pain and walking taller.
Jen J. does an excellent job of finding tight muscles (some that I didn't even know were tight!) and relaxing them.
