Elia was fantastic! My kids really liked her.
flexibility will rescheduling
but most importantly, the class are very stagnant. it is very repetitive, which I know toddlers need, but I would suggest at least one new activity/challenge each time. I feel may get some better results by pushing the needle forward. children are resilient and sponges when it comes to learning.
Finally I think 10 more minutes would be ideal.
Easy to understand
Great staff.
It's very inviting and the instructors are friendly and very reassuring!
reliable, friendly and professional.
The friendliness of everyone who works there. The professional evaluation of my present skill level.
I really liked swimming in the studio doing a private lesson. The drills leading up to how to breath correct are very helpful. Seeing what you just did then correcting it and seeing it after each mini swim is super helpful. You can see what you are doing right and wrong immediately and correct on the go. I was able to correct lengthening, stroke timing and breathing immediately. Thanks Coach Fitz!
You find the source of your swimming issues. Start back to basics to correct and stop bad habits.
The facility at swift was moldy, rusty, not big enough for more than one family to change at one time, and the locker room was cold with a shower running to keep it warm.
Friendly staff, great teachers.
Coach Kora was very attentive and knowledgable. She was able to identify and correct many stroke imperfections with a very positive approach.
Kind instructors and a lot of personal attention. I also love the warm water!
The instructor was great, But the pool area and locker rooms are disgusting. I know you guys don't control that but it makes me reluctant to sign back up because of that.
Wonderful overall
The small class size that allows the instructor to be truly present with each person.
Tiny pricey but believe you're pretty competitive with other swim studios
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Facility was clean and instructor was helpful
Very Professional and at the same time we have a lot of fun while learning. Every class encourages you do better and feel better about yourself.
Having a small number of participants for each class help the instructor to focus on each individuals.
The warm water, the ratio student/instructor, knowledgable instructor, the convenience (location), the flexibility in changing classes
The knowledge of the swim instructors is top notch. My daughter started less than a year ago and was afraid to put her face in the water. Now she is learning swim strokes and loves coming to swim lessons. She has learned how to swim!
That you offer lessons to all ages
Offer more classes at different times or allow refunds for classes we cancel in advance. I often cannot reschedule a missed class because there is literally only one other option and I can't make it at that time.
The facilities at Swift are generally poor. Water is too cold for my 2 1/2 yr old, and the showers work intermittently. The instructor is nice but not very skilled. She goes through the drills without much change from week to week or time spent on individual instruction as necessary.
Flexibility with class times for infants/toddlers.
The instructors have been excellent!
Friendly instructor. Low price. Flexibility in scheduling sessions.
Very professional team
