A very straight forward and productive training experience - Total Immersion Weekend. I liked the physical set up (could be more space in the locker room) and the course agenda. I found it to be a good use of the time (and hopefully I can bring the lessons to life in my regular swimming).
Hated the propulsion pool for swimming instruction. Maybe a couple hours would be okay to present certain techniques, but not five hours (and ten, counting the second day). Swimming against the current is too much of a distraction, not to mention noise from the second pool in the studio. That's why I would never recommend your TI workshop.
I wish you had given me this feedback on Sunday rather than telling me that you overbooked the day. I might have been able to explain what was going on, so you could have benefited from the second day of the class.
We'll refund your tuition to the card that you purchased it on. I never want people to leave our classes with such frustration.

Clean facilities, great customer service, and my kid loves going there
We love the ability and flexibility of scheduling make-up classes. Other classes that we've signed our daughter up for limits the number of make-up classes you can schedule. Additionally, our daughter's swim coach, Natalie Arango, is great. She is so friendly and just wonderful with babies. We absolutely adore her. We also think the Perkville program is great for repeat/ongoing customers because we feel like we are rewarded for our loyalty.

Most of your teachers are nice and patient and I feel like they are really invested in teaching us how to swim well.
This is a tentative rating since I have only been to your facility once. My impression is that your swim instructors and the swim tanks are good, but the facilities are surprisingly small. As a father taking my 4 year old daughter I was disappointed that there wasn't a family style changing area, I had to take her into the mens room. Finally, the mens changing room didn't seem clean enough. However, in spite of the criticisms we are going to come back for awhile at least.

The Swift facility is not up to par for the price of the tuition. The water temperature is frigid and the girl's locker facility is old and frankly, rather disgusting looking. There is no space to put your personal belongings as the lockers are rusted out. You have to carry your personal belongings with you to the pool area.
Coach was very professional and high tech used during the lesson!

The personalized instruction and the small class sizes are beneficial, especially as an adult learning how to swim.
I think the coaches are great. They're patient and they are able to keep the kids focused on swimming.

Great customer service
Recently I had 1 private lesson with a male instructors and he really wasn't focused on the lesson which made me feel uncomfortable plus he was late to starting the lesson but made it up with an extra 5 minutes. For about 10 minutes he was either speaking with someone else or focused on the commotion that was going on in other pool which was a kids swim clinic. The kids swim clinic in the other pool made it extremely difficult to hear the instructor. I'll just have to remember to make sure my lessons aren't scheduled around the same time as those swim clinics.
