Great Instructor and small classes
I really like how the underwater camera is used and Fitz always uses drills that are relevant to improving/developing correct technique.
The individual attention and the approach to swimming that is fun and patient.
It would be helpful to have signs directing newbies to the pool! We luckily wandered in the correct door :D
Amelia, thanks for bringing up this subject. It's been mentioned by a few people recently. We are talking with the school to see if we can store a table for our office representative at Swift. We'll work with the church group to find a good spot. We are also designing some signage about where to go. We'll need to get the school's approval before putting it up, but they are usually willing to work with us.
Patient and friendly staff, I didn't expect this to be a nerve-wracking experience, but it brought up a lot of childhood memories. Having the check-in staff and instructor, Elia, be so kind and friendly helped put me at ease and be ready to learn and have a new, positive experience.
Responsiveness
Love the staff. Coach K is great. My daughter loves going to his classes. Love the facility. Very accommodating on make up classes. We have referred a few friends. We know of one family that has enrolled both of their children. We hope to be back in the Spring. Thanks for giving my daughter the confidence she needed.
Schedule - need more late infant classes. Not accommodating for families with multiple kids in multiple levels
Thank you for taking the time out to complete the survey. We've heard the desire for 6 or 6:30pm weekday infant-toddler classes from numerous parents. We'll just need to fit them into the schedule.
I'll follow up with you directly on what we can do to help with getting both of your children into classes at roughly the same time.
My nanny goes with my son, so admit I've never been, but he loves his swim classes, the pool is always warm and comfortable (not always the case at other companies) and he's progressing in his skills.

Bathroom showers need major improvements.

We've made Swift aware of the issues with the showers, i.e., they sometimes run forever. I'll schedule time with their custodial lead to do a walk-through and get an ETC on the fix. Sometimes it takes schools awhile to get things fixed, but we'll nudge them as much as we can.
The infant class is super fun! My daughter enjoys going there! We will be back for sure!
Floor in pool room is not very clean

Katie has done a great job to maintain First name removed's focus. It was a fun learning environment.
More quality control of air and water. Some days the chlorine is so strong that it's hard to breath. Water

My kids like it
All of the instructors worked well with the kids. It was a fairly easy process to make up classes if we needed to miss.
You are very thorough about setting expectations. The pool is nice and warm and the way it's designed works foe new swimmers to feel comfortable quickly.
