Facility issues
Teachers. Responsive admin.
Prompt on appointment times. Kyle was a great coach and helped us learn a lot about operating the pool. This visit was for a demonstration of the Endless pool we are considering purchasing.
The front office area needs to be more organized and cleaner
It was totally child oriented. I enjoyed the teaching of swimming skills through songs and games.
I am not First name removed and I requested to be removed from the email list. I live in Cincinnati.
Sorry. Looks like we had a typo. We fixed it and will get the correct email for the child.
Costumer service, follow up on my appointments, the classes itself
Kind, clear and thoughtful
I really appreciated all the up to date information. The people in the office also really friendly.
Intimate setting and warm water of Elston location. Prices are competitive.
Responsive staff, organized and efficient classes, flexibility on makeup classes.
Very understanding and great personal service.
friendly staff, fun structure to swim class, timely updates
Small class and one on one time. Great activities
I love the flexibility & variety of choices for scheduling. The Elston Location is by far the closest swim school to our location. For the most part all instructors seem wonderful with the kids however if there was a way to keep the instructors a bit more consistent (i.e. same instructor at a given time for a full session) that would be much better for my kids. I think consistency is important at the younger ages. I see regression when we have substitutes or changes.
Nice program, small class sizes, friendly coaches
Close to home. Smal class size. Ongoing class structure.
It was never clear what exactly we were signed up for. We stopped by Swift to check out the facility and the person on-site had very limited knowledge on the membership. We were told that we could try a class for $25 and that some from the office would be in touch to discuss enrollment. The understanding was that we could just take the one class and would be charged $25. If we elected to enroll in a program we could roll that $25 charge into a monthly tuition payment less the first month discount of 30%. No one contacted us. We were just charged the monthly fee w no first month discount and enrolled in the toddler 1 program. Not even sure at this point exactly what that is, or the objective of the class, but I do know it costs $83 a month.
Locations around Lincoln park or wicker park for upper level classes
Your teachers are great!
Great instructors.
Great staff who are well trained who provide a relaxed atmosphere to learn.
Cleaner restrooms/changing rooms (shower walls, under the blue mat on the floor...tiny fingers fit in the little circles and come out dirty)
FRIENDLY STAFF, THE FACT I CAN SCHEDULE MY CHILDRENS CLASS AT MY CONVENIENCE, AND THE ATTENTION MY CHILDREN GET FROM THE INSTRUCTOR.
We love Chicago Blue Dolphins, the instructors and the swim "curriculum" ... the Swift location has been challenging as we were first at UIC and then at Swift and the cancellations have been happening a lot. I know the school is working on fixing the pool so I don't want to complain too much, but it is a bit of a hassle.
Knowledgeable and friendly coach. Effective time use.
