coaching is phenomenal, facility is perfect
I love the tone and humor of your emails! We have only been to one class, but our instructor seemed very kind and understanding of the fears of our kids, and he offered some suggestions to perhaps alleviate those fears.
Make the locker rooms nicer.

At the swim studio, the water and building are warm so it's great for infants and toddlers. It's super easy to reschedule missed classes!

Coaches
Frequent checks to see if kids are ready to move to next class. Adjusting classes to kids who are in between classes and not ready for the next level by are mastering everything in their class.
I merely had an evaluation, but the staff was super cool.
The small classes and quality of instruction

The coach was 20 minutes late to a 30 minute class. It was not the best first impression. We're hoping the second class is better.
The class is fun and teachers are great with kids
Zach was very professional and made me feel comfortable in the water. He was encouraging and worked at my speed.
Facility is great and the staff and trainers are really helpful and do make an extra effort to make the training interesting.
It is catered to what really captures my baby's attention and interest. He is beyond excited for every class.
We dislike the pool at Swift. The facility is very dirty. The pool area and bathroom needs serious attention. Some of the showers do not work at all. We no longer shower after practice but leave as soon as practice is over. We like the instructors but want to also like the facility. I would not recommend this bc many of the parents I know would not choose a place that is so dirty.

- SCHEDULES OPTIONS ARE VERY LOW, ONLY 1 OR 2 OPTIONS, WE HAVE 2 KIDS: 1 IN LEVEL 1 (2.5Y) AND THE OTHER LEVEL 5, WE NEVER MATCH SCHEDULES OR AT LEAST 3OMIN CLOSE BETWEEN THEIR CLASSES.
- FROM LEVEL 5, POOLS ARE SO FAR AWAY, AND IN VERY COMPLICATED HOURS (5,30PM THURSDAYS), AND 11.30PM SUNDAYS.
- POOL FOR LEVEL 5 IS HORRIBLE!, BOYS ROOMS VERY DIRTY AND TOTALLY UNSAFE.

On the first two points, we're sorry about the drive and the scheduling complications. We looking to add more classes up at Swift this fall and going forward. Unfortunately, we need to be judicious in adding days and classes to ensure that we're not having a lot of classes with 1 student in them. You can check back online and see what we have to offer. Have you considered doing privates for your older child while the younger one is doing an infant class? It's more expensive, yes, but we could probably get them both in at the same time and we could teach the swimming skills for Level 5 at the Swim Studio.
Mostly I want to follow up with the third point. We are working with the facility to improve the cleanliness. I have never heard a client describe them as "totally unsafe." Can you please elaborate so we can get the principal to resolve your safety concerns? Also, you say that the "pool is horrible." Are you speaking of the locker rooms or is there something horrible about the pool itself where your children are taking classes?
We take critical feedback very seriously, so we want to make sure that we get these items resolved.

Really, I was thoroughly impressed by all aspects of the Chicago Blue Dolphins. The office staff was professional, attentive, and organized. The facility was well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. We were there for the purpose of stroke refinement, and my opinion is that the endless pool with the underwater camera was instrumental in achieving our goals. This setup allowed for visual feedback and allowed the coach the ability to physically adjust the swimmer, while he was swimming. Impressive and effective. But in the end, we were there because of Coach Fitz. Fitz met and exceeded even the high expectations I had. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to convey that knowledge to my 8-yr old son, so that we saw the improvement in the strokes during the course of the lesson. He provided a lot of positive feedback to my son and was able to build a good rapport during the 50 minute lesson. The only problem is, now my son wants to swim there everyday......
Teachers are very nice!
I like that you are always looking to improve yourselves. For example, switching up the swimming curriculum was a wonderful and refreshing idea and it would be nice to change it every six months or so, or have different themes.
The instructor is amazing. He is patient and very friendly.
Great instructors, helpful office staff.
I love the teachers and the technique. Fix is amazing! Love the fact that the groups are in small numbers, where they can keep an eye on all of us.
