Terrific instructor in Fitz. Video replay was great
I've taken classes twice before but was unsuccessful. I accomplished more in my first class than all of the other classes combined.
instructor is great, but the water temperature at swift varies wildly
The most important feature of your service is the warm pool at Elston. Also, the coaches and class size are amazing and the location on Elston is convenient with easy parking.
Personalized attention both from instructors and customer service reps. I like the individualized instruction approach and the small class rations.
I would like to see the space more clean and neat. In particular the restrooms floors.

Knowledgable staff and great use of technology to help out students
This is our son's first swimming lesson and he seems to just absolutely LOVE everything about it! I like that it's a combination camp with swimming and art/acting; it makes it more interesting for him ,and it seems like a fun place to learn how to swim and have some fun art time!
Authentic realistic focused caring
I like the small class sizes and the step-by-step progression.
The lessons are great. The administrative side of things seems confused...have gotten conflicting info from different staff about how many lessons/weeks were part of my session, stop/start dates, etc. I'll return for lessons in the future, but hopefully all the staff can get on the same page!
Bathrooms/changing room needs an upgrade.
The settling allowed for immediate feedback and I saw great results in just an hour-long lesson. Kyle was a phenomenal teacher. A great combination of clear direction with a patient, encouraging and positive attitude. I felt comfortable the whole time and learned so much.
Personal attention - instructor to student ratio
Elston facility pretty small. Waiting are crowded tailored to children . Felt awkward .
The facility is unique to any place First name removed has swam before and Kora is exceptional as a coach.
