We would like to know more about when the child will be moved up to the next level - assessing more often, knowing when they'll be assessed and what exactly the teacher is looking for. Also, if a child is moved up to the next level, it seems there's a wait time until that happens and it feels like money is being wasted.
I learned some new things in my first lesson.
Individual short sessions that you can work on specific drills and be able to take away 2-3 items to work on in the weeks to come.
Some instructors are more patient and thorough than others and the schedule changes a lot, which may not always be good for someone with a set schedule.
Water and climate inside is nice, warm. Nataly the instructor very pacient with kids.
The mirror in the pool was very helpful , and the warm water was perfect. I also think my instructor is a pretty cool guy #judgementfreezonw
I believe the staff which includes front desk service and instructors should be more communicative. When I enter the studio I would like to feel welcomed; there are times that the receptionist doesn't even look up to acknowledge my presence.
The instructors should give us an explanation about the purpose of each exercise in the development of my child's swimming abilities. I would like to understand how my child is learning and improving his skills.

I love the small class size, comfortable pool temps and specialized attention to detail, corrections and encouragement. This is the IDEAL way to really learn the mechanics of swimming and learn to rid oneself of any small (or large) anxieties and barriers one may feel they have to learning to swim - or improving limited abilities. Even the first exercise of just having you hold your breath out of water so the instructor can time how long you can do so helped illustrate the important knowledge that if you can hold your head above water for that amount of time, you can also do so while underwater (duh!), which immediately helps alleviate certain anxieties in that area. I hope my next classes continue to be as fun, motivating and educational as my first class!

Remodel the bathrooms to more closely resemble locker rooms for parents and young kids coming straight to lessons from work and school who need to change and have a place to keep their belongings.

The Elston swim studio is in need of some upkeep. Upon entering, the lobby area looks worn, dirty and tired. It is not very inviting. The pool changing room (women's) was not very clean. The floor was wet, a little muddy, and had hair on it.
