Staff and consistent practice in the ater
I really like the swim exercises set up for the children. My daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and after a just a few months of classes I see she is really starting to get a hang of it. She even get's excited right before class and I can tell it's something she enjoys. The instructor has a great attitude and works well with all the children!
It would be very useful to get some feedback regarding my children's progress in the lessons - the teacher doesn't tell me what they're working on, or if my kids are improving, or what they need to work on. When I ask how they did, my sense is that the teacher thinks I'm asking about how well-behaved (or not) they were. And while I'm happy to have that information, I'd really like to have a better understanding of their swimming.

Kyle was great and helpful and made my first class quite comfortable!!!
We really like my son's teacher. He is normally scared of the water but the teacher made him feel comfortable and he ended up having a lot of fun.
The changing rooms are small, and does not have much privacy
Take the time to explain why a person swims poorly and what way to swim to improve on the techniques.
My instructor - Jason Carrazco - was very helpful in helping me learn how to swim. I do have a fear of the water, but working with Jason has built my confidence to continue and achieve my goal of knowing how to swim.

Great instructor, small facility and small warm pools are not intimidating for my 2 year old, class was fun for me as well
Love the close proximity of the coachurch in the water being able to see and correct your form right away so they don't become bad habits.
If you're going to offer children's lessons, families need a place to shower and change. It was difficult to have privacy for my daughter in the men's room.
Professional, great coach, nice facilities, appears to work for improving swim skills for our baby.
The instructors are super friendly, polite and they take the time to get to know the child's weaknesses and strengths

I especially liked that the instructor was in the water with me and could offer technique demonstration.

Our daughter has a hard time with the water, though she loves it. Her sensory issues made it near impossible for her to get her face wet until we came to Blue Dolphins and saw Coach Maureen. With a continued routine, and our extra encouragement on vacations, she is now finally able to swim under water!! Further, Coach Maureen is working on getting First name removed to be a strong swimmer overall, and while she can be hard to deal with sometimes and has a very hard time with certain skills, Maureen is incredibly patient and kind with her. Swim lessons on Sundays has become our daughter's favorite class EVER!

The small group lesson where you get so much attention and my instructor Jason is great.
Private classes allow for addressing all of my specific mistakes while swimming and the instructions are very clear.
