Floors not as clean as i expected..lots of clutter arpund as well. Did not feel comfortable sending my small kids to change in bathroom with non private changing area and adults entering.
I was disappointed that the class was cancelled an hour before it was supposed to start. I had rearranged my work schedule to take my daughter to class and then it ended up being cancelled last minute and we weren't given a reason why.

I thought it could be a bit more clean, especially the bathroom/changing area. Not nice to see wet hair on floor. I had the last class of the day, therefor no one from the office was there to greet me and it being my first time, I was not sure where the changing area was or where I was supposed to be. I found my way so not a huge deal, but I was excited to be there and to start the class ,so it would have been nice to be greeted maybe just to keep the motivation going. Once I got into the pool, Amazing !!! my trainer Kyle was great, he explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, I learned so much in just one/first class. I am excited to return for more. ;)

Front desk person wasn't the friendliest. Swim instructor was wonderful.
Jason is a very good instructor . I could definitely feel the difference with the changes he helped me make in my swimming. I will definitely be scheduling more lessons

Make it easier to make up a missed class. Clean the shower facilities.
The instructors are very patient and encouraging. I almost lost belief I can ever learn to swim but I think I can actually so that in this studio because I'm slowly but steadily learning and then practicing and gaining more confidence. It's important that I learn step by step, and that I'm not hurried.
Convenient and very friendly
The teacher was very knowledgeable. I lost confidence that I could learn to swim after attending an unsuccessful group lesson elsewhere. After one session at your place, I feel like I already have the basics down for swimming.

My instructor is great! I have had multiple people try to teach me to swim, unsuccessfully. I love it here because they take the time to tell you exactly what you need to do with your body and make it so much easier to learn.
