Convenient facility location on Elston and consistent trainers who are very good with my kids. My kids are excited to go to swimming every week and that is mostly due to how much they like Coach Jamieson and Coach Natalie as instructors!
Personalized attentiOn
It was a little cramped with 4 children and 4 parents in the pool. I think it would be ideal to have 3 children with 3 parents per class due to the pool size.
I am going to shoot you an email, the class was fine, I don't have any complaints per se, but I do have a request? I have a n 8 month old. She hasn't been to a swim class before. This was her first. I'm not sure if because the class was primarily older children, a 2 year old and probably two four year olds, if there wasn't instruction because they'd done things before. But she hadn't entered the water. I was hoping it would be instructed by someone who would talk us through the stages and coach the process? Instead we went through a series of activities, which were fine, but I can put her in a pool by myself and play with toys. I'll email about whether there's a class that's a better fit. Thanks!

Today was our first class and we liked it a lot, but we want to go a few times before we recommend Blue Dolphins to friends.
Introduce names of babies and parents as class starts, everyone can go around and say their name and child's name.
Group classes closer in age, for example 6mo-1 year....

The showers in the changing room could be a little cleaner. I'm satisfied with the class so far, but since I have only attended one session it seems a little early to decide if I would recommend you yet or not.
