All instructors are very nice, remember my daughter's name and do a great job. The facility employees are courteous and flexible with class schedules.
Keep up on maintenance, cleaning of the bathrooms/changing areas. Floors are slippery, a bit slimy, and have hair all over.
Instruction with Jason is awesome. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness!!! The showers are gross-mold, mildew, all over the curtains and tile, floors. This needs a super deep cleaning and constant maintenance.

The locker rooms were small and i wish there were more changing tables/surfaces to lay my baby down. There was only 1 changing table with a few kids trying to use it at the same time.

Very personable trainer! The swim program for babies is not aggressive and my baby was not scared of doing the tasks. Definitely a good way to introduce swimming. I felt confidant when assisting my daughter.
You set the bar pretty high in your welcome email, but my experience didn't match up. You specifically touted your friendly greeters for first timers, but the person I met at the front desk was the opposite of friendly. He could not have cared less that I was there, mumbled under his breath when speaking and didn't even say hello to me or my son before pointing us towards the door and walking away. Apparently, I was supposed to fill out a waiver, but that was not even mentioned.
The facility is ok, and the instructor was friendly, but it was our first class and everyone else there had obviously done it before. The instructor did not explain anything about the class in advance, and barely explained each task we were doing - we had to figure out by following along for almost all of it. Overall, it was a rough entry for us unfortunately.
Interaction with students, facilities are well kept.
My parents were there with the kids (First name removed and Anna, each having a private lesson) and they said that the instructors were stellar and really focused on making sure the girls were comfortable with what they were doing. This is a big deal because First name removed was crying that she didn't want to go to swimming because she was afraid to be without her floatie. Thank you for helping to ease the transition. They came home overjoyed with their experience and want to keep going forever!

Everything. We couldn't be happier our choice to come to Blue Dolphin. The only reason that we stopped is that First name removed is moving and will be too far to come here.
the coach and small class size
Small class size and teaching at child's pace.
First name removed's mom here. Both boys absolutely loved their lessons. First name removed enjoyed it so much -- did not complain and is looking forward to coming back next week. He was once resistant to swimming so this is incredible.
It is too early - I only had one class
Instructors are patient with teaching you the techniques of swimming.
So far very good pace and methods and adjustments through real time feedback and small class size I think we're great and helped correct mistakes very easily
My kids felt safe and comfortable in the pool and with Natalie on their very first visit. We can't wait to go back.
