My daughter really enjoyed the camp. It was a nice mix of instruction, play, wet and dry time.
Quick email response. Class availability.
Love the small class size, and the individualized feedback
Very effective coaching methods and great coaches, especially Kyle, out of all of the instructors I had I found his tips and technique corrections were the most helpful and best explained conceptually.
Friendliness of staff and instructors. Small/intimate classes allowing some one on one attention. Cleanliness of the building.
Very personalized instruction with ability to be very specific with feedback.
Good coaches and very accommodating regarding scheduling make-up classes.
I like the personal swim coaching. I am in the adult learn to swim class, so the one-on-one lessons are perfect for beginner swimmers. I only wish the prices would go down a little. It does at times become hard to do afford. That is my only suggestion; other than that everything is good.
My instructor did not want to get her hair wet so it was hard to see how to do the moves correctly
Small class size leads to more personalized attention and our instructor is extremely patient and great in working with toddlers
The teacher was good, but the layout of the facility did not make it easy to handle an infant and get them rinsed off, changed, and ready to leave after class. It was very difficult with no "family" dressing room (they had that at another swim facility we have been to) and only one changing table in the women's bathroom.
So far so good, exept for the front desk guy who does not responds when I say " good morning" it happened 2 times. Saturdays morning.
Great trainers and flexible programs
The size of the program allows the teachers to create individualized programs.
Great teacher (Michelle), warm water
Great coaches
I guess I had higher expectations for a facility that focused on swimming, like having towels for students and parents and spinning machines that help get water out of your bathing suits. We were enrolled in swimming lessons privously at our local gym that has a pool and they provided the essentials.
It seems like kids are in a certain level for quite awhile, with no consistent feedback on how to move to the next level, when that happens, what are the expectations for each level.
The bathrooms are really slippery...I know, lots of water everyehere..., but still dry mop or some industrial rugs could help in preventing falls.
Provide more classes on the weekend, keep the locker rooms in the Swift elementary clean, purchase a Swimsuit Water Extractor, offer lockers for valuables
Class size was effective for learning. Instructor used a good mix of classroom and pool time. Information was presented in a way that made it easy to apply.
The teacher was great and the class was setup really well. It was my 19 month old's first time swimming and she was smiling and laughing the whole time.
Great customer service
Friendly staff, great customer service, easy to schedule and my kid is really happy to attend lessons!
Loved the curriculum and the teachers - especially coach Natalie!
I have tried to learn to swim many times as an adult, and this was by far my best experience. The customer service was great, the instructor was very patient and helped me feel calm, and I loved that I could watch myself on the video screen to review my progress. It really was wonderful, and I can't wait for my next lesson!
Excellent instructor!
Everyone is very friendly. Natalie is a great teacher. Pool is kept at a perfect temperature.
Great teacher, interactive class
