We love the pools at the Elston/Webster location - very easy, warm water. Coaches are all excellent with the kids.

The facility is a little bleak looking- I was expecting a brighter atmosphere like at Goldfish. Also, parking was difficult.

the class was a great introduction but there was no skill progression the boys became bored with, "we do the same thing every week."
There are a lot of broken links on the website which makes that experience frustrating when trying to download the waivers and get information about parking and such. I was then not expecting the complicated parking situation when we arrived for our first class and had to drive around before finding a spot and then had to go back out to move it after I was told where the available parking was.
I also understand that it is a revolving class which probably makes it hard for the instructors to keep track but felt like we weren't given any introduction to the class, what we were going to be doing, etc. And we were just expected to figure it out. We've only been to one class thus far but the instructor seems very curt and not so friendly which I think also made me a bit underwhelmed by the entire experience.
These were all just my initial impressions and all things that will probably improve over the weeks.
Just the cleanliness - but I don't know how much that's possible at a school and at the studio. But you guys are amazing teachers, just the space sort of gets a bit icky.

You did not disappoint me. The problem is the terrible traffic around your studio. I live 15 min away and it took 45 minutes to get to you and 50 minutes to get home.

Extremely good-natured and responsive
I didn't feel like there was enough of an introduction to the class or studio (e.g., no tour was provided, no introductions given). It would have been helpful for the instructor to quickly talk about the class routine ahead of time, ways to hold and support the child, etc. We arrived early and were the first clients in the pool, so there was plenty of time to do so and that would have been really helpful. I felt kind of like an idiot not knowing what to do through each step of the class. It would have also helped my child to better prepare for the class if I could have talked to her about what we were doing next. Somewhat disappointed in my first experience. Hoping next week will be better.

I have taken my 5 year to one class and will start a six class series soon. The instructor was very serious in his instructions and was not intimidated by my seating there starring and with mom nervous 😄 I really like that.
