Jorge Islas-Hernandez, Did a great job explaining everything and took his time with everything. I feel like he was very trustworthy with everything he was telling me and was explaining everything perfect, Definitely would recommend getting another inspection by Jorge!
David was wonderful to deal with….very knowledgeable, prompt to reply, detailed survey, did a video call with us to highlight recommendations and show us what he was referring to in his report, highly recommend using him!
Our inspector was FANTASTIC. I can't recommend him enough. He was incredibly thorough, And while he stayed true to his mission of not opining on what we "should" do in specific circumstances, he helped us understand the full range of what the defects in the house are, and how we should prioritize the fixes depending upon safety of our family, future damage to the home, and other factors. He was a true professional. And importantly, he was absolutely wonderful with my 80 year old father trailing behind him asking thousands of questions. I cannot recommend Rob enough. You have a gem on your staff.

Home inspector quiet…not at all talkative. Could’ve been a little more informative as he performed inspection.
Both employees for the home inspection and water test were thorough and found all underlying issues. They were both honest and to the point about any possible future problems we could run into.

We used David Furry and he was absolutely great! Seemed very honest and knowledgeable while keeping our best interest in mind. We received great advice from him and are very thankful he was our inspector since we have heard bad things in the past about inspectors not always being the most trustworthy. Overall very happy about the service from Dave and Amerispec.
