AmeriSpec was amazing from start to finish! We were unable to attend the inspection but the report they supplied us with made us feel like we were there for the whole thing! The service provided and price point can't be beat. I do wish their comments on some of the sections were a little easier for us first time homebuyers to understand, but any misunderstanding can be clarified by a quick google search, a call to their office (Amy is amazing!), or by your Realtor.
