Mike Kraus is my go-to home inspector and an absolute standout in his field. He is incredibly thorough, detail-oriented, and hardworking. Mike doesn’t just identify problems—he takes the time to explain them clearly and patiently, helping buyers understand both current issues and long-term maintenance needs.

The people who came to our howl were friendly, professional, and actively helping us make the best decisions for our needs.
Our inspector made it super simple, he explained every part of what he was doing, and just walked us through the entire house as he was doing his thing. Very polite gentleman. Would definitely recommend you guys.
I felt they were very thorough and things were explained in very well.
The inspector was very thorough and inspection. He saw some stuff that I won’t even pay attention to I recommend upgrades or replacements around the house. The report was very detailed and pictures that shows the problem areas or replacement upgrade.

Le rapport sur des fissures d'asphalte et je vais passer sauf que 135 pages un rapport éloigne un acheteur. SVP, simplifié vos rapports, c du copie/coller. Vraiment désagréable d'avoir autant de pages pour dire que les normes d'aujourd'hui sont.. xyz.
Tenez vous aux faits importants. Les recommandations sont biens mais éviter de trop écrire les 100 pages . Merci
