The inspectors are thorough and insightful without scaring the buyers and the inspector's are very knowledgeable when it comes to the homes and town homes , Condos. Inspectors are also very good at communicating with the buyers and always offering to answer all of their questions and concerns.

As a realtor for over 40 years I know the importance of having the right physical inspector. I met Michael Hendricks through a client that was purchasing my listing. I was impressed with Michael's ability to keep all the code compliance issues in perspective and clearly explain to the buyer what the sellers obligations were. Michael was also very good at explaining solutions to some of the issues we came across.

I have since requested Michael for two more inspections this week.
