He missed my appointment, and showed up 1.5hrs late. He only showed up at THAT point, because I phoned the office and asked where he was. My partner and I are both first responders. We both worked nights the night before. We had stayed awake until he came, in hopes he would be here first thing in the morning, and then we would go to bed after. So we were not impressed that he showed up so late! Your clients get financial penalties if WE were to cancel or reschedule……. What’s your guys’ penalty?? Not impressed.

Chase was wonderful, he knew everything he needed to know and he spent a lot of time helping me. I appreciate him, and I’m so glad I bought the service!
