Very patient with somebody like me that doesn’t have too much experience in this
I am a detail person and a good observer. I went through the home on 4 different visits that I made an offer on. Matt Waddell noticed things that I did not. He gave me a complete report with pictures and videos of every detail. This is amazing and beyond my expectations. I am grateful and very pleased with the service, the friendliness, the detail and the professionalism.
