My phone calls were answered in professional manner, the appointment was scheduled quickly, the inspector came on time and was very helpful.
I have been told that my report will be expedited since I’m applying for government loan.
Our person was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated great!

Thorough inspection. Important ‘issues’ with property were highlighted ( which on our own would not have been caught) and making it easier in our decision making process.
Very professional. Very easy to deal with and highly recommended. Had full report same day and with recommended list of third party services in the area, which when new to the area like us, is very helpful.
Will personally be using their services again as we are still searching for our ‘right’ property.
