The inspection report was comprehensive and easy to understand. The inspector Dario showed us the house defects and explained well. However he went over his points too fast. It was difficult to catch up to his summary because we are not well versed with house construction and house building codes. My suggestion is that, with buyer's permission, you should check the appliances in the house like washer, dryer, fridge. Your inspection policy omits this checking. With added cost, you should also include roof inspection and not just visual inspection from the ground.

I got an appointment scheduled for the next day. The technician didn't arrive at the scheduled time. Apparently the booking didn't appear in his calendar. I had to take an extra 2 hours off work to complete the evaluation.
