We were very pleased with how thorough our inspector was. He had extensive knowledge while explaining items to us during his inspection and was happy to answer all questions we had along the way. Our inspector was punctual and polite, and had a very pleasant disposition. We especially liked that he was not in a hurry to get the job done, rather, he was methodical and took his time to make sure our new home purchase was indeed up to code. Provide more services, I have many clients who like to have a “one stop shop” - which many other inspectors provide.
For example, sewer line scopes, septic inspections, water samples etc
