Ed was wonderful, he make sure all inspection was done properly and make sure we understand what he was working on. I highly recommend Ed for all inspection
One of the main things I wanted was a visual roof inspection, the property had a garage roof accessible by 3 steps and access to the upper flat by way of a short ladder or if not feasible , then a use of a drone, felt I wasted my money. I have used Amerispec for over 15 years and would say that I am grateful for the past services, but you need to take the L on this one not me.
