Peter Borlase was very thorough in our home inspection process. While walking us through the home, he was extremely clear in explaining items of concern / not of concern. His report not only included a detailed list of inspection areas/items, but photos of areas of concern and recommended repair options.
He is very knowledgeable, professional and his price is very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Peter to anyone requiring home inspection services.

The inspector was on time (actually a day early), professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with questions we had. The only negatives had to do with scheduling mix-ups that would not have been her fault.

The only this for me would be that when paying with cash to receive a written receipt. There was no paper trail for me saying we had paid the service agent.
The inspector went about the audit in a quiet , non intrusive manner. Explained what was going to be done. All in all, very pleased with the experience.
