We are glad that things were explained to us upon finding minor issues that needs attention and fixing in the house. Our inspector, Steve, also responded to our own questions about some particulars in the house such as existence of gaps on window frames among others. He also suggested some tips in the upkeep and maintenance of the house. The time during inspection was efficiently spent on inspecting the house and looking into the specifics. I highly recommend them for house inspection including general inspection, radon and sewer line inspections.
