The inspector, Chris, who came to our house was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all questions. A true pro.

Well, I haven't seen the report yet... so while the day-of experience was good, I don't know if the results will be timely, accurate or useful.
The Inspector Vern put my client under the impression that the house was unsafe he did not give a good explanation of everything in the report and explain to my client in detail what he was actually saying when things were detected.
Jason was very thorough, explained everything very clearly to us. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Yes the process has been responsive, prompt and professional. Our actual inspector Linto was also very personable and professional - answering my questions about the different aspects of the inspection along with some knowledge of the current rebate program.
In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, Josh was also very efficient, thorough and helpful. He took the time to explain subtleties to me and left me both grateful and very impressed.

Knowledgeable and friendly
Colleen is very thorough and detail oriented. She also takes time to go through things/concerns that she found and provide some suggestions/solutions when it’s within her knowledge/experience. On top of that, she’s one of the nicest people you’ll meet.
