Colleen Brand's inspection was thorough. She established a strong rapport with the buyers and she communicated all of the information in a clear, concise manner. In addition, Colleen has a winning personality. Needless to say, the buyers loved working with her. And they were happy to hear that Colleen welcomes their calls if they have followup questions in the future.

The entire experience with Amerispec Inspection Services was excellent including initial communication and instructions provided by office staff. The 'inspector' who completed the initial audit was very respectful of us and of our home. He was also very informative in providing educational information which would enable us to make appropriate decisions related to energy savings with our home. The post audit inspector completed his work in a timely manner and was very responsive to any further questions we posed. Also very respectful and a personal manner.

When we contacted the company via email for an inspection, we received a phone call from Bill the next business day. Bill was flexible with schedules, and very accommodating. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and kept us up to date with each floor he inspected. He gave us estimates of longevity on appliances, furnaces and HWT. Once the report came in, it was everything we had expected.
We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
