The initial contact with me was via email only and the email address was incorrect. I had to contact you to make sure the inspectors had access. The customer service person was rude stating "we sent you an email on ??? date". This was my first time referring a luxury client to your company.

Inspector entered property 15 min before appt, owner was still home and her young daughter was scared by a man entering the home.
Inspection of the attic left insulation and debris all over the sellers clothing in the closet. It was left and not picked up.
A few items noted in the report that were defective, we not.
The heater in the garage works, the inspector did not turn on the gas to the unit which is why it didn't fire.
The shut off switch was reported in not working order in the furnace room. I met the seller the next day and tested it myself with seller. It worked fine.
I didn't receive a copy of the inspection report until I called to get it.

I am in a state quite a distance from where I plan to purchase my next home, and my realtor accompanied Shawn on the inspection. His report was very thorough and he called me to answer questions I had. Since I could not be there in person, my realtor was my stand in.
