Il est en effet consciencieux, méticuleux et tient à coeur l'intérêt de ses clients. N'hésitez pas à communiquer avec nous si vous avez des questions au sujet de votre inspection.
Communicating with your office personnel was extremely difficult. Your IVR system misdirected calls, often my calls were not answered, emails were not answered for days. It took me a couple of emails to extricate the inspection report even though I already paid for the document.
Your inspector was meticulous with his inspection. One complaint with the inspector was he promised to get back to me with information on the age of the HVAC blower in "our" condo unit. He never did.
Would I recommend AmeriSpec to others? Based on my experiences, probably not. Way too much drama involved with using your services.
