The Technician did a decent job in the downstairs with the stain and smell. I think it will be back in a couple weeks just like when I cleaned it myself.
The upstairs looks terrible just like before he cleaned it. Granted these are older stains and there are a lot of them but, the spots were back before the carpet dried. When I clean the carpet, the stains stay away for about a week. In the future, I will just save myself the money and inconvenience and do it myself.
Technician was very sweet and tried his best but those stains are just stubborn-not his fault.

The tech was very courteous, prompt and helpful. My carpet was dry when he said it would be dry. I had some stubborn stains and he was able to get all of them out. I’m very pleased with the Zerorez service.

My technician was great! It was just more $ than I thought it was going to be.
Left black marks on the ceiling around the vents. Sold me the reusable air filter, but a furnace tech was out working on my furnace and the new filter was reducing airflow by almost 50%. That is $100 dollars wasted.
The individuals who came here were very prompt, friendly, and thorough. They completely showed the before, and after product which pleased us immensely. They were very professional, and I would recommend them highly.
The carpet looks clean. It was cleaned as scheduled by a knowledgeable person and was not overly wet. Only disappointment was the fact that the patch of carpet in front of the bedroom cost as much as a walk in closet according to the person in the office!

They [ tech] goes over the carpet with you and asks for trouble spots. They tell you up front they will try their best to get the stains out, some stains are set in. Technions were really nice, polite and knowledgeable. And....they will come back out if your not satisfied. How can you go wrong?
Dustin was great, arrived on time and explained the process. Scheduling was simple and easy! I would definitely recommend and will use them again!

The technicians were very professional and explained everything they were doing. They were finished a lot faster than they initially estimated. And the price was very competitive.
The service was scheduled for 12:00 and the technician was told by dispatch to come at 9:00. When he called asking if he could come at 9:00, we were not in a position to allow it. We ended up having him come at 10:00.
There was a simple pet stain that was not properly taken care of in one of the rooms. I cleaned it up myself after the carpet dried.
There was a new stain that appeared on the stairs after the service. It appeared that something had leaked from the equipment while the service was being performed.
This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. Not sure what the options are going forward.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning. Kevin that did our service was excellent, explained well and spent extra time on the high traffic/ dirty spots that I hadn’t even noticed! Excellent eye for detail, very respectful and carpet is either thank I’ve seen in years!

Cleaning was great. Previously had Chem-Dry in and was unable to get it as clean on both my carpet and my tile floor.

QUICK AND EASY TO WORK WITH
I had my carpets cleaned because of an area that had pet soiling. The area was no different after the cleaning. When I called to ask what type of service or warranty they offered to back up their service, I was told there was none because it involved pets.
I would understand if it had been deeply soiled or was a little improved, but the area showed little to no improvement.
