Great technicians

I was surprised at how wet the carpet was when the technician finished. I expected better extraction.

We were very happy with the technician who did our carpet cleaning on Friday, September fourth. I wish I could remember his name! He was very informative, professional and did a wonderful job. Our carpets look great!
The carpets were almost dry by the evening, and completely dry the next morning. They weren’t crunchy, like some of the other companies’ cleanings.

Water based, drys quicker, efficiently done, helpful workers

I like clean carpets, especially since I have white carpet. I love that you don't use any chemicals in the carpet since we have pets, kids, and go bare foot walking on our carpet. I feel good knowing I am not bringing more chemicals into my house.

Seemed like an efficient and timely operation. Did what they said they’d do. Offered other products but didn’t push. Technician was great as well.

I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use a lot of "soap".The hot water along with stain remover, etc., is enough to clean the carpets very well. You can watch the dirty water go as it's being sucked out. We've used Zerorez for years and we wouldn't use anyone else. We're always very satisfied. Technicians are experienced and know what they're doing. Everything is explained. Carpets dry very quickly because they don't leave all that residue and water on your carpet. Great company.

I was upsold on additional rooms over the phone and was told there would only be a small upcharge to add the pet-stain treatment. Based on that, I agreed to add the additional rooms. However, when the technician arrived, I was told the pet-stain treatment would be an additional $160. This was not what was communicated to me over the phone, and I would not have agreed to the additional service had I known the actual cost.

The area needing treatment was also very small, and unfortunately, stains were still left throughout the area afterward. I’m honestly unsure how effective the treatment was. Several people in my family have used Zero Rez and had great experiences, which is why I chose the company. I’m very disappointed with this experience and feel the pricing should have been clearly communicated before I agreed to the service. I would appreciate someone reviewing this charge and offering a reasonable resolution.

Accurate arrival time, easy explanations, pivoting with fabric tags / care, quick clean.

The service was great. They were quick and friendly and the carpets looked so much better.

It was really disappointing that I was asked to tip my cleaner. He did a wonderful job and I thought the price charged was the final cost of the job. Tipping culture has truly gotten out of control at this point.

Clean impossible spots.

Ensure that each technician does the same work as Jonathan did when he came to clean areas that had been by Zerorez the previous week. The carpet was noticeable cleaner when he finished. Also, he had air dryers to help my carpet dry faster.

Left 2 discolored areas on area rug. Came back over a week later, unable to get out of carpet.

The whole process, from scheduling to service to payment, is painless and efficient. I love that there are no chemicals or residue left behind, no obnoxious fumes, nothing but nice, clean carpet. Slim arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, took his time to do the job right, and explained every step of the process. He clearly takes pride in his work. I've used Zerorez twice now and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. (No, I'm not being paid for this review, I'm just incredibly picky about my carpet cleaning and am genuinely thrilled with the service this company provides.)

Quality work from the tech

We were trying to decide whether to replace the carpet in 3 rooms or get them cleaned one more time. We elected to get them cleaned and glad we did--the Zerorez process makes the carpets look great.

Thomas does a fabulous job on my carpets! The great thing about Zerorez is the name-there is no residue in my carpet to attract dirt. That is crucial with 2 dogs in the house!

My carpets are cleaned the best and cleanest using Zerorez. I recently had my living room upholstery cleaned and the furniture looks new. The two gentleman who came out each time have been prompt, professional and expertly cleaned the items I requested and answered any questions I had. Drying time is very reasonable and my rooms can be rearranged for use by next morning.
