The technician was very nice and payed attention to detail. He also explained the procedure to me. Did a very nice job at removing stains.
I’ve had this carpet cleaned three times. First time looked new. Second time looked great, but a few spots didn’t get fixed. This last time the carpet was damp for three days and the puppy pee spots only got worse. They sent out a second technician and he tried again. Looked good the first day but every day it looked worse and now it looks worse than before we had it cleaned.
Slim from Zerorez was our service technician and did an outstanding job on our carpets, area rugs, and furniture. He analyzed them, pre-treated where needed, and worked diligently until all dirt and stains were gone. After allowing time to fully dry and monitoring all areas again for any returning stains, it was clear that the dirt and stains were gone for good! Our rugs and furniture looked new again. What a great experience. Highly recommend Zerorez. Ask for Slim as your service technician; he is simply the best!

I am disappointed that I was charged $230 for cleaning my living room area rug. In the past with another company it came out vibrant and clean looking. With Zer Res, my area rug looked matted dirty snd dingy. I was considering getting another rug before getting this one cleaned. I regret that I didn’t.

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was one of the best we have had using Zerorez.
The cleaner missed some stains in the carpet. The stains were were visible after the carpet had dried out so I could not point them out. The cleaner should have proactively cleaned all stains.
Prompt professional and only use clean ingredients. Bert did a fantastic job!
