Our technician Michael Y. was extremely professional and knowledgable about the products/services and how to handle different types of spots vs stains. You could tell he knew his stuff and actually cared about his work. That guy deserves a raise and a promotion.

The technician was very polite and professional. The carpets did get clean. However, they took several days to dry and the area where he did the extra pet cleaning took 5 days to dry. And I think there is an odor.

They were professional, respectful, excellent in providing good service, and thorough in all of their work. Their unique process has made such a difference.
