Technician (nickname Slim) was awesome. Very courteous, explained the process, listened to our requests, very friendly, interacted really well with my very inquisitive kids. Carpets haven’t felt this clean in years. Will definitely use Zerorez (and hopefully Slim) again.
46 minutes late outside the 10 - 1pm window no call, no text, no apology. No excuse for this and no way to run a business.
The two high traffic areas of the carpet had prior stains before the appointment and they are still there after the appointment.

Thorough cleaning, the tech explained everything and made recommendations based on our carpet. We have a small dog that likes to mark his space and the tech was able to clean the spots and suggest enzymatic cleaners to prevent staining. Highly recommended!
Sam did a wonderful job and is very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be requesting him for all future carpet cleanings. We love pets and Sam made our stairs look as if we lived in a pet free home. Thanks Sam!
