Professional, prompt, efficient.
Paid a small fortune to get pet urine odor removed from carpet. It still smells just as strong after letting it dry with fans for 24 hours. The guy that did the cleaning was extremely pleasant and professional however. Just won't ever do that again, since it did nothing.
Your scheduling was super easy, the guy was on time and did an amazing job. The price point was so affordable too

Technician did outstanding job from calling to advise enroute to explaining steps and pricing before starting. Took time to understand each carpet type, e.g. wool vs poly before applications. Meticulously executed each step. We've used Zerorez for almost 20 years and this is why!

I’m usually very pleased with ZeroRez ..we had our steps cleaned last week and the tech had a problem with his truck ..we had a stain on one step and it was not removed or improved ( much) the steps dried with almost a residue of sorts ..the fiber dried kind of stiff ..which has never been the norm.

Zero Rez always does a great job. All of the techs that have come to service my house have all been clean and courteous. I’ve noticed that they are trained to be meticulous with their work. Definitely will continue to call them back.

Your prices are astronomical. In addition, I don't think your website is very clear when ordering services. First, I thought my dryer vent was included with my air duct service but was told it was an additional $99.00. So I skipped it because that's ridiculous and thought I may have misunderstood the website. Then I had my carpets scheduled to be cleaned along with 3 couches and 1 large ottoman (4 pieces). When the tech showed up he explained that was 4 cushions for $240!!! We would have had to of added $45 for the ottoman and an additional cushion just to have 1 sectional cleaned so I had to clean my own furniture. It took me 3 hours with a tiny handheld cleaner. So it would have likely taken him 2 hours and you would have charged me nearly $1,000.00 to clean my furniture. Such a rip off. Honestly $50 a room is ridiculous. It was such an easy job to pay someone over $200 and feel obligated to tip. I like the idea of zero residue but that's insane.
