I like the cleanliness and softness of the carpet after cleaning. I appreciate the technician’s attention to what needs extra attention.
$1,700 for 5 hours of work is too much for 5 hours of work. I understand cost, travel time, overhead and making a profit but this was an extreme cost. If it was $1,000, I'd say expensive but i understand...
The main reason for using your company was because one of our rooms had a number of stains that needed removed. We decided to go with your 3 room deal being offered. Of the 3 rooms we had cleaned, one room’s stain was slightly better ( which I was pleased), the second room smelled better (didn’t really have any stains, carpet just needed a refresh); however, my 3rd room (main reason for calling) looked somewhat better when the technician walked me through the room when the carpet was still damp. Stains still remained, but the brilliance of the stains color appeared lessened…which I was ok with. The total cost was slightly over $400 (more than I expected). The reason for my low rating is because once my main room’s carpet completely dried, the brilliance of ALL the stains color looked the same as they initially did before your treatment. That upset me. The main reason for calling ZeroRez was to remove multiple stains in “a room”, and unfortunately after the carpet completely dried, my husband and I so NO DIFFERENCE (however the service cost us multiple hundreds of dollars). The technicians were respectful, but the cleaning did not even come close to meeting our expectations.
Fix your Ai Bot so that he doesn’t schedule two promos instead of one and then the service man tells me my scheduled pricing is wrong!

While I appreciate having someone sent out to redo the carpets......it just made no sense to me for the tech to bother putting on shoe covers when he came in, only to then go outside with the covers on and come back in with dirty shoe covers and walk on the newly cleaned carpets. Either put new ones on or put new ones over the dirty ones worn outside.
Tech should wear shoe covers when inside home.
Tech was talking on his phone (via ear buds) while performing service. I'm sure he did a nice job but impacts customers confidence that all focus of tech is on service that was paid for.

Unique cleaning process
The carpet was clean but not wet. Allowing us to resume normal living much more quickly than with other cleaning services.
I don’t remember the young man’s name, so sorry, but he was very thorough and considerate. He explained all the services and fees up front in a way that was easily understandable. He is professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets and furniture.

Our technician was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and never once felt pushy about adding extra services. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful information about future care and maintenance.
He cleaned an entire room as well as a spot from an accident, and the results were amazing. Seeing what came out of the carpet was honestly shocking—it really showed how much dirt had been trapped in there. The room looked incredible when he was finished.
I also had a huge, dark paint stain in the basement and didn’t have high expectations for it. While it isn’t completely gone, they did such a great job that it’s no longer the focal point of the room. The improvement is significant and exceeded my expectations.
The service was quick, the pricing was phenomenal, and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend them!

We have used ZR for years and have been very happy. We recently had an unacceptable cleaning and called about if to have it corrected. We received very prompt attention and a complete re-cleaning at no charge.
Noah did a wonderful job inspite of a few equipment glitches which he was able to fix. I will still call on ZR to clean my carpets and request Noah!

This was the first time in 9 years that our family room was counted as two rooms. While we are generally happy with the service, this was a bit frustrating.
