I don’t want you back. One brand new man, who was training did the house. Poor job, too fast. Left places/spots/areas that were poorly done and left looking soiled and streaked (after dried the next day). I Have been with this company for years, never with an outcome like this. I used spot cleaners and was on my hands and knees in 4 different places in 3 rooms to help a bit. I’m 75 and not pleased.
Primary area Family Room is still not clean as noticeable on clothing of my tenant’s crawling baby. Needs to be cleaned again unfortunately.
How clean the work was done and fast pace
The employee was great at explaining how the products worked to clean my carpet and was respectful of my property.
The pet stains and urine smell are still apparent after the cleaning. There is some improvement, but I had hoped for a better result. Also, there is no "clean" smell at all...
They don’t use harsh chemicals
Carpet feels great after cleaning. Techs are friendly and knowledgeable. Did the tile cleaning this year and it did wonders in my bathroom floor! They got the tile cleaner and better looking than I’ve ever been able to on my own!
I just moved into my house and my carpets are very old and were pretty dirty. After the carpets were cleaned they may still had some stains but my home is starting to smell like me now. I think I finally got there home smell out.
I had a great experience with this company! The service was excellent from start to finish, and I'm very satisfied with the overall experience. Bert did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! He was professional, friendly, and thorough. He paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was cleaned properly. I'm very happy with the results and really appreciate his hard work. I love that there are no harsh fumes or chemicals, how thoroughly the technicians explain the procedures, what a wonderful job they do, and how easy it is the get an appointment set up. I was so pleased with both Slim and Jonathan, the amazing job they did, and their attention to detail. Truly outstanding.

The whole process is simple, efficient, and very well delivered. The quality of the carpet cleaning is truly without equal. The tech new what he was doing and did not cut any corners -- rather he took his time to do the job so very, very well. Thank goodness for service companies like Zerorez!

None of the dog pee stains were removed and instead actually look more noticeable (these are small stains from a small dog).
Our carpet is beige, had only one spot, no pet issues on the carpet. It’s hard for us to tell it’s been cleaned.
The two young men did not show us what they were pulling out of the carpet, dirty water.
They showed my husband a roller of some kind with very little lint on it. Mentioned dog hair, we have a non shedding mini golden doodle.
So for us, by just looking at the carpet we see no difference.
They were very thorough and did a beautiful job.
