Efficient and dependable
Lots of little situations happened that cause me to not want to use your company again.
Jake was very nice and accommodating and apologetic, so I don’t know if he was just inexperienced or if the company had not given him the “tools” he needed to do the job correctly!
He was here for about 3 hours to shampoo 3 rooms and clean 2 wingback chairs. He seemed to be thorough at trying his best.
Some of the problems included:
- one of the first things he discussed was asking if he could use the restroom if he needed to while here (I told him I’ve never been asked that by a worker coming into my house), but I said yes he could. About halfway thru the job he did use it!
- he said he didn’t have the usual cleaner spray- something to do with his boss saying it would come in in another day or two. I questioned what he was using in the meantime if it was not the “normal” cleaner.
- suction on the hose was not working properly and he had to go to the van numerous times to see why it wasn’t working. At one point said he might need to go to the shop to switch out vans.
- he left the front outside door wide open for some of the job. In the past they usually only opened door to allow space only for the amount the hose needed.
- about hallway thru the job he said he would need to go dump the water waste at a car wash before he could continue due to the suction not working properly with too much water waste
- a small area did not get cleaned well enough (which I did not notice until a few hours after he left) and I think he nor I noticed it because it was still wet. But when the Berber carpet dried, it was very obvious that small area did not get cleaned like the rest. And no, there was no spillage of any type of product before he cleaned or after he cleaned. (I have a picture of the area I can send for evidence.)
Unfortunately for me, I had to reschedule this appointment twice due to my daughter being in the hospital, and then the 2nd postponement was due to her having an emergency C-section. I was quoted an amount with a coupon for $260.10 and I was told they would guarantee that amount when the job was finally done. (Yes I did get a further discount but I was frustrated for Jake and myself that when he texted his boss or some manager, no one wanted to budge on what I was originally told. The reason I was sticking with the original quote of $119 for 3 rooms is because I had an add from Stanley Steemer I was going to use, but was told your company would honor that. Evidently, the new management over the past few years does not want to keep verbal promises. Therefore, I will need to find a new carpet cleaner company in the future.

I generally think the cleaning services do a good job at actually cleaning surfaces. We have used them on our carpets and furniture with equally good results. No heavy chemical smells, just clean.
Everything. The team that was at that house asked me regarding any concerns, they addressed those concerns to my satisfaction
Everyone is courteous and friendly. Service is timely and thorough. Prices are reasonable.
Be a little more accurate with arrival time. You arrived 1 1/2 hrs AFTER the end of the arrival window. (window was 8-11, and you arrived at 12:30)
I was very under quoted by the dispatch center I was quoted 400 and it was 700 dollars. Not happy at all.

The young man doing work was very pleasant and was careful as I had told him the last time I had had Zerorez the person threw hoses around and marred the walls. I could not wash streaks off and had to have walls in 2 rooms repainted. This young man worked hard and carefully. I was just a little disappointed with a couple areas that are in front of furniture and seemed not to get as clean as rest of carpet. He did tell me that fibers in carpet may have broken down and he did the best he could to get stains out.
