Bait and switch on the sectional cleaning. I booked by phone and gave my sectional measurements at that time, they booked me for 5 seats which is what I have. The technician pulls out a tape measure when he arrives and says my sectional is 2” too long and I’ll have to pay for 7 seats costing me an extra $250 and losing the original coupon booked with. This is odd because I paid for 5 seats the last time this sectional was cleaned with zerorez
The feel of the carpet is soft and natural after cleaning versus hard and rough as with other cleaners. Also the professionalism of the workers and their respect for my property is very refreshing.

Consistently reliable and good service
Scheduling was easy. The technician came on time. The carpet, even though it’s dated, looks great.
It took over 30 hours for my carpet to dry. I got out my carpet cleaner and pulled a whole reservoir of water out of the carpet. I had ceiling fans on high, turned heat up to 78 then turned the AC on and down to 65 to keep air moving.
After all this time, I still have damp spots in hallways and in my office. I have always cleaned my own carpets but broke my leg and didn't want to stunt the healing process. But ended up running my cleaner over all the rooms which caused me to start limping again.
I did ask the gentleman that was here if the carpet was supposed to be so wet. He said it would be dry 6-8 hours.
Not sure what can be done to make it right at this point except refund part of my money.

Marquis was amazing, he worked very hard and in a timely manner to complete the job. The carpets I thought were ruined look BRAND NEW!!! Definitely going to be calling him back out in the future for regular cleanings.
