I had my carpet cleaned two days ago because of pet odor. Today My carpet smells worse than it did before it was cleaned. I can still smell urine all over the carpet. I had one room cleaned for $119 and it was not worth it. Waste of money and I will be asking for a refund or someone to come clean it properly.

I was surprised at how wet the carpet was when the technician finished. I expected better extraction.
We were very happy with the technician who did our carpet cleaning on Friday, September fourth. I wish I could remember his name! He was very informative, professional and did a wonderful job. Our carpets look great!
The carpets were almost dry by the evening, and completely dry the next morning. They weren’t crunchy, like some of the other companies’ cleanings.

I like clean carpets, especially since I have white carpet. I love that you don't use any chemicals in the carpet since we have pets, kids, and go bare foot walking on our carpet. I feel good knowing I am not bringing more chemicals into my house.
I really enjoyed having the gentleman arrive on time prepared to do what I requested. I had them do the tiles in my shower. I love how shiny and clean it all looked when they were done. My carpet cleaned up nicely no spots and no strange smells from chemicals. It’s also a blessing that they do routine scheduling. I do enjoy taking advantage of that.
